Specific programming and training in; running, triathlon & ironman events. Group Fitness, strength and conditioning and beginner to advanced fitness training.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years working as a personal trainer, gym and bootcamp instructor, running and strength and conditioning coach. I have a passion for sport and fitness and have played Australian Rules Football, Soccer, Squash and Cricket. I have also competed in numerous events including mountain biking, cycling and swimming races. Amongst these I have also competed in 3 Triathlon Ironman races and 2 full marathons and continue to participate in such events by training and inspiring others to be their best.
